Who you are buying from

The Transformational Life Coaching Experience is sold and delivered by Gerard Grogans ("we", "us"). You can reach us at gerardgrogans@gmail.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

The membership

Membership costs $97 per month and gives you access to the 52-week programme: one filmed episode released each week, the workbook pages for that week, and the Story Method tutor. Weeks unlock one at a time from the date you join.

The programme is coaching and education. It is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any particular income, outcome or result.

Billing and renewal

Your card is charged $97 on the day you join and on the same day each month afterwards, until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If a payment fails, Paddle retries it; your access may be suspended if it cannot be collected.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" button on your dashboard. Access to the 52-week training ends immediately on cancellation. Your account and your saved workbook answers are kept for 7 days in case you change your mind, and are then permanently deleted. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Membership is for one person. Do not share your login.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, record, download, resell, publish or redistribute the videos, workbook or any other material, or use them to build a competing programme. You may not attempt to access the material without an active membership, interfere with the service, or abuse other members or our staff.

Intellectual property

All videos, scripts, workbooks, the Transformational Story Method™ and all related material remain our property. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use them while your membership is active.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your membership without refund if you breach these terms, in particular by sharing or redistributing the material, or by abusive behaviour. We may also withdraw the service, in which case we will refund any unused part of the month you paid for.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where they affect your membership, by email before they take effect.
